After a bit of searching I found the info on how to get added to the Planet Drupal aggregator. 1.) Create a taxonomy for only items that will be sent to "Drupal Planet"2.)  Create a webmasters issue
asking to be added to the Planet. Make sure you include the link to
your feed, as well as the name you would like in the listing (e.g. Jane
