cachedwithin and cfqueryparam can not be used together, Why?

Ok, so I am not really looking for an answer to why, I am sure Mike Nimmer or one of the other guys on the CF server team can answer why. Just more of a note to myself to not use cachedwithin and cfqueryparam in the same query.
